In a tavern with piano, table d'hote and a large zinc, restaurateur Thierry Breton revisits the bread on the "help yourself" mode. The menu of sublime neo sandwiches for lunch like Guémené andouille, watercress, hazelnut oil (a treat), small golden brown buns and other wonders baker baked in the bakery, in the basement. The latest of Beaumarly-Gilbert group and Thierry Costes- at the snap of a finger becoming blockbusters of the Parisian brasserie.
